After receiving the order and validating the data about the Customer or the order, the Seller starts processing the order, which ends with confirmation by the Seller that he is able to fulfill the order.
The Seller will inform the Buyer about any change in the status of the order by sending a notification email to the contact email address that the Buyer left on the site.
The seller packs the goods for the customer under controlled conditions, and each shipment and its contents are recorded, thereby confirming that the goods left the warehouse properly packed and undamaged.

Saisei Holding guarantees the price on the day of purchase, regardless of any price change before delivery. Saisei Serbia Web shop has concluded a contract with courier service on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Seller initiates the courier services after the Buyer has confirmed the order.
The customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Rulebook on the procedure and method of resolving customer complaints about goods.
The buyer has the right to complain, that is, to notify the seller about physical (material) defects in the goods, within 8 days from the day of receipt of the goods, otherwise it is considered that he received the goods in good condition.
The law does not provide for the return of the following goods:
-goods that are subject to quality deterioration or have a short shelf life
-sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery;

A mandatory part of the content of the Complaints Request is the transaction number (the shipment number that you received in the email message when confirming the purchase) and the number of the fiscal account on which the transaction was carried out.
The Seller will respond to the sent request in accordance with the legally defined deadlines, by forwarding the complaint sheet to the email marked by the Buyer as a contact, which will contain the Seller’s decision on further action regarding the forwarded complaint.
